ESSENTIALS L-Glutamine

Description

Phyto Pro ESSENTIALS L-Glutamine is an amino acid proven to support the rebuilding of the muscular, immune and gastrointestinal systems. It is the most abundant non-essential amino acid in the body but is rapidly used during periods of physical activity and recovery from disease, injury or exercise.

L-Glutamine benefits the body in several ways:

• L-Glutamine is essential for healing a compromised gut, particularly problems involving the gut wall and mucus lining (which hosts our life-giving probiotics). L-Glutamine helps repair the cells lining the gut, keeping them tightly bound to one another and preventing leaky gut.
• It increases production of glutathione, one of the most potent antioxidants in the body, known to reduce the impact of ageing and disease on the body.
• It is especially beneficial for athletes who require sustainable strength, speed and endurance gains throughout training and recovery cycles. It naturally boosts growth hormone when combined with exercise.

Phyto Pro ESSENTIALS are a range of simple plant-based formulations or nutrients that meet out “first do no harm” philosophy and clean-ingredient sourcing policy. They are there to add to your lifestyle as and when you need them, offering versatile and cost-effective solutions that do not compromise on quality or effectiveness.
